Chicken Burgers!

My family loves burgers. We are habitually preparing food burgers around here. Because we love burgers so much, I am always looking for new and distinct ways to make them.

I ran over a large sale on ground chicken breast, so I crammed my freezer full! With our love of burgers and a freezer full of ground pullet, I was on a mission to find a large recipe for pullet burgers. 

I found this recipe on the nourishment Network location, pullet burgers with garlic-rosemary mayo. 
Garlic-rosemary mayo noise delicious. I have been wanting to make a pullet recipe utilising the rosemary I have been growing on my windowsill for the past year. young man did this pullet burger persuade. The mayo and the rosemary made the burger additional moist and flavorful. I will be making these burgers again, and shortly!

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise:

1 cup mayonnaise 
1/4 cup cut up fresh rosemary departs 
1 clove garlic, minced

Burgers:

1 bash ground pullet 
0,5 teaspoon kosher saline
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 sandwich rolls or burger buns
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup arugula, divided main headings

For the mayonnaise: In a small basin, blend together mayonnaise, garlic, and rosemary; set apart.

For the burgers: Preheat a gas or charcoal grill or place a grill pot over medium-high heat. In a large basin, add the ground chicken, 1/2 teaspoon saline, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 of the mayonnaise blend. utilising clean hands, softly combine the ingredients and pattern the pullet mixture into 4 patties. location the burgers on the grill and prepare food for about 7 minutes on each edge. move to paper towels and let rest for a couple of minutes.

Brush the slash side of each roll with the olive oil and 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise mixture. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes until somewhat golden.

To assemble the burgers: disperse a dollop of the remaining mayonnaise mixture on the peaks and bases of the toasted buns. Place the chicken burgers on the base halves of the buns. peak with your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
